In answering questions for another, I just realized that JoyTech has released yet additional set of firmware updates for the CUBOID today 9/2/2016.
Link to previous thread: Pre-Heat & Mod Auto-Change Wattage for Settings of Previous Fired Tanks, etc.
For some reason it appears they have jumped from v3.xx to v5.xx numeric sequencing (not sure if this…
CUBOID "PreHeat" Option Firmware Update 9/2/2016 v5.04 & 5.14
Considering an Evic Basic or an Artery Nugget and not sure how to determine what USB wall charger would be appropriate. I have seen 1A, 1.5 A, 2A and higher. Does it really matter or will the mini mod only draw what is needed? I know that a slower charging rate can help with battery longivety.
I just bought a Cuboid to replace my Evic VTC Mini and so far I think Evic VTC Mini is superior in terms of the build of the product.
Here are my issues with Cuboid:
– The Door! It has many issues from the beginning. When I inserted the batteries and close it until the click sound, sometimes it does not register the battery until I repeat the process or try to push the closed door couple of times. At times, also it would say weak battery although it is already fully charged until I push the…
Hey all! A few months ago my 5th vamo died (stripped out the screws that hold the tank in there) so I got a little random starter kit from my local store. It's one of those IJUST START kits, which is okay, I guess.
I need some recommendations for something I can get and use long term. I already have 18650 batteries and the charger that some of the kits need, so I'm good there. But because I stuck with the old school vamo and used my nautilus aspire tank with it, I sort of would like…
Need help finding a new device
As Im using 3 other mods in my rotation Ive stopped using my MVP 3.0 Pro. As you know its got a huge battery…about 4500mah….and when i kept it away it was about 60% charged.
If I just pack it away for a few months is there a chance it may die on me…..I definitely want to avoid this if i can.
What can I do? Do I have to throw it on a charger every 2 weeks or so….any advice?
In the past I have only ever used Innokin mods, that have both VW & VV mode. Lately I've picked up an eLeaf iPower & Joyetech eVic VTwo Mini & was surprised to learn that neither of these mods have variable voltage mode.
When I got my first regulated mod, I had a Subtank. The coils were being read at erratic resistances, and setting to VV rather than VW…

Just received my <a href="https://vaping.com/e<a href="http://www.vapininthecape.com/eliquid_c_7.html”>liquid?manufacturer=1275&utm_source=https%3A%2F%2Fvaping.com%2Fbodies%3Fmanufacturer%3D1261&utm_medium=Wordlink&utm_term=Wismec&utm_campaign=Wordlink%20-%20Wismec” rel=”nofollow” target=”_blank”>Wismec <a href="https://vaping.com/bodies/rx200?utm_source=ECF&utm_medium=Wordlink&utm_term=Reuleaux&utm_campaign=Wordlink%20-%20Reuleaux” rel=”nofollow” target=”_blank”>Reuleaux 2/3 today.
I really dig the RX 2/3 in two battery format, really ergonomic and lighter than the cuboid with the same two batteries while on-the-go.
However fitting the two battery cover (instead of the 3 battery cover) is turning out to be a nightmare; while the cover is properly placed and fits seamlessly, I cannot make the bottom latches to "click".
I have managed to make it "latch" properly just once in about 30 times I've tried.
Any tips or…
