I just got my first rda and bought a Clapton build that comes out to .2 resistance. I have this on my rx 2/3 w 2 mxjo batteries which are 20 amp cdc. I'm worried about taking it over 60 watts because I don't want to stress the battery too much. Am I being a sissy? What do you guys think or what would you feel comfortable running this set up at?
I have triade 250 on the way and i have a couple of questions.
I have 3 pairs of sony vtc4 ive been using in my sengei and was wondering since they have been used in pairs. would it be ok to use them in my new triade 250 or do i need to get new batteries?
I also have aspire v2 tank and seen aspire has a couple of new tanks out. Im getting almost a month out of 1 nickle coil. I hear stainless steel is better for tc mods. i like the tank other then trying to rebuild the coils it only last…
triade 250 on the way and thinking about a new tank
So, in deciding between the Reuleaux 2/3 (or 200s) and the Target, I chose the Target. The Reuleaux is great, but slightly more expensive, a tad bulky, and I'm not a fan of 3-battery mods.
Anyhow, I did some digging around, and apparently there are a few variants of the Target.
I've seen the Target, Target V2, and the Target Pro. I'm assuming that the v2 and pro are the same thing (correct me if I'm wrong).
What's the difference between the Pro and the original? As far as I can tell, the…
Vaporesso Target – Educate me?
Love that mod, but had enough of the ramp up heating so fast. I've dealt with it since I got it (about five months) and pretty much just got past the first pull full of heat and be fine until it sat for a while. It wasn't so bad on stock coils, and sometimes would not heat so fast at all but since I'm making my own coils now for my Toptank it seems to be a bit unforgiving on my coil so had to put in storage and take out my MVP 3.0 in it's place. I'm sad because the battery was awesome on…
Had to put my Evic VT in storage.
I've been anticipating/dreading the day I'd have to replace my first two mods, but that day is approaching quickly and I want to get some suggestions.
What I'll be replacing are, as I said, my first two "big boy" mods that I got after I put the ego spinner in the drawer and haven't looked back.
The first is an original first gen K-box Mini 50w VW. It's been a great and tough single batt box and has held up to a lot of use and abuse (outdoor rock shows in torrential downpour, several drops,…
Looking for some new mod suggestions
Hi all. I have a Sigelei 75 watt and it takes a single battery. I'm using a 3.7 volt 2500 mAh 18650 battery and running a 0.4 ohm tank at 47 watts. When I fire the mod, the voltage reads 4.38V. Question: is the battery really delivering 4.38V to the tank, or is it just delivering the rated voltage once I get above 3.7V using the power setting? I like the amount of vapor, flavor, etc. but I would still like to know. If I turn down the watts setting to where the mod reads ~3.7V, there is…
Question About Voltage
Hey guys and gals! So, I'm certainly not new to vaping (been vaping for ~5 years, and haven't touched a cigarette then). However, I haven't picked up a new mod in some time.
I got into the whole Temp control craze a year ago, but I'm pretty much indifferent towards it now.
Anyhow, I'm looking for some budget-friendly mods. Primarily looking for something that I can get for under $40 (eBay is fine).
I have my eyes on the Target 75w (not the pro), since I can find it for around $35.
New mod suggestion?
Hi i am starting to prepare for the upcoming vapocalypse. I am currently using a <a href="http://link.e-cigarette-forum.com/provape/” rel=”nofollow” target=”_blank”>Provari P3 and have been using one for the better part of 2 years without any issues. I am looking for a new mod that is as durable as the provari. I have used innokin, sigelei, and smok vapes and found them all to be cheaply made and not durable at all with all them dying within a few months of purchase. Which originally lead me to the provari. I have thought about getting a radius mod but I kinda would…
Please help me find a new mod
Okay I just got a vapor flask classic a few days ago. I put my tfv8 on it with a quad coil at .15 and it's only letting me go up to 106.3 watts. If I un screw the tank I can turn it all the way up to 150 but as soon as I put it back on it automatically drops it back to 106.3. If I unscrew it and play with it a little and get it to read as a little higher resistance it lets the wattage go higher. Does it maybe have some kind of safety feature or something or is it just messed up?
One of my Vapor Flask DNA40 devices will work fine for a couple of days and when I go back to it, it is sitting on the serial number screen. I have been vaping and noticed that the wattage just goes down to 1watt and then to the serial. It is like someone is pushing the down voltage button. Once it goes into this mode, it stays there until I remove the power to it. Is this a known problem with the flask or maybe the dna 40 chip? My guess is that either something isn't right inside where the…
