Xtar VP1 or Pila IBC (Chargers)

Seems to me, the Xtar is the better choice, as it has the real-time voltage/battery level display. But then again I don’t know anything about charging lithium ions. I plan to use it to charge my Panasonic NCR18650PF 2900mAh batteries. The price-point is pretty much the same. Any help is much appreciated. 🙂

Difference of Iclear 30B & Iclear X.I

I cant find a difference. I know the Iclear X.I just came out, but they are both dual coil bottom feed, so anyone know what the big difference is? I have the 30B, and like it, but the pull is way too tight.
